RVID Golf Day

Fifty-six keen golfers teed off at the annual Rental Vehicle Industry Division’s Golf Day at Keperra Country Golf Club, Brisbane. 

They enjoyed an ambrose competition followed by an excellent dinner.

• Winner of the trophy was: the defending champion team from Beaurepaire’s represented by Craig Gorringe, George Kesson, Lee Dorrieott and Ron Bougoure.
• Runner-up was: the team from Ken Hill & Associates.
• The speed gun competition was won by: Ron Carrett who guessed his speed and then hit the ball at an amazing 220 kph, followed by Jason McDonald.
• Winner of the prize for the slowest drive was: Angelo Cotronese at 48.9kph.
• Nearest to the pin winners were: Ivan Schmalkuche, Jarrad Marshall, Craig Gorringe, W Hadley and Jarred Marshall.
• Dean Carey won the longest drive with the straightest drive going to Peter Peconomos.
