Workplace Health and Safety Incident Alert - Agriculture

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has issued an esafe Incident Alert regarding Agriculture mobile plant roll-over fatalities. 

Investigations continue after a worker was killed on Tamborine Mountain in December 2017 when a single seat mower rolled over on a step slope and a second incident which happened several weeks prior when a worker was killed in North Queensland after a tractor rolled over on a steep embankment. 

MTA Queensland encorages members of the Queensland Farm and Industrial Machinery Division (QFIMD) to stay alert to their surroundings and ensure all workers are safe.
