Following an initial career in academia on emigrating to Australia, Paul retrained for a mid-life switch to employment and industrial relations. He has, for the last three years, been providing advice and support in matters relating to Fair Work, discrimination, dismissal, workplace discipline and performance, and other HR and IR issues.
Whether providing day to day advice on the Modern Awards that govern the industry or representing the interests of members in commission hearings and conferences, Paul looks forward to putting his professional skills to good use in assisting members and leaving them free to pursue their core business.
