DESCRIPTION
The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Introduction course is for members of the public who have purchased a vehicle that has ADAS and would like to know more about its essential safety technology including:
- Pedestrian detection/avoidance
- Lane departure warning/correction
- Traffic sign recognition
- Automatic emergency braking
- Blind spot monitoring
- Automatic parking
- Adaptive cruise control
- Glare-free high beam and pixel light
- Adaptive light control
- Navigation system
- Driver drowsiness detection
By attending this course, you will learn about your vehicle’s technology and you are welcome to bring your vehicle along.
This is a non-accredited training program.

MTA Queensland, Freeway Office Park, Building 8, 2728 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains.
PREREQUISITES
Standard workshop attire is required – enclosed shoes, jeans/trousers, work shirt. Other personal protective equipment will be supplied.
